Hawaii Waterman
Hall of Fame

Individuals are inducted into the Hawaii Waterman Hall of Fame for their sustained outstanding contribution to the sport, and their international, national, and local accomplishment and recognition. The Hawaii Waterman Hall of Fame honors those remarkable legends within our islands’ water sports community whose lifetime of contributions have inspired and perpetuated the unique connection and love between our kamaaina and the ocean.  If you would like to nominate an individual who has been an exceptional contributor to our ocean communities, please email info@dukefoundation.org to request a nomination form.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the 2021 Hawaii Waterman Hall of Fame induction event was much smaller than usual. Tables sold out immediately upon being offered to the inductees, past inductees, and the multi-year event sponsors.

There was no 2020 class of inductees due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
